Both wired and wireless high speed internet access is USD$15 a day or USD$100 a week.

Yes, all hotels offer complimentary beach towels as well as beach ambassador service for all your beach side needs.

Yes, sand toys are available for use at the Kids Club and can also be purchased at the hotels sundries store.

Yes, all 5 hotels offer room service. The hours are different for each hotel so be sure check the times on the hotels’ restaurant page.
Question - Is breakfast included in my room rate?

Breakfast is included for Colony Club, Tamarind and The House. Turtle Beach and Crystal Cove are both all-inclusive so all meals are included.
Question - Does each hotel have a business centre?

Yes, each property offers a business centre with complimentary internet and wi-fi and access to computers and printers.
Question - Does each hotel have a spa?
Answer
Tamarind, Turtle Beach and Colony Club have full service spas and beauty salons on premises. The House has easy access to the Tamarind spa, next door. All hotels offer spa treatments on the beach or in the comfort of your room. Crystal Cove also offers spa treatments and can be arranged through the hotel concierge.

On-site, self-parking is available for all 5 hotels and is complimentary to all guests.
Question - Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

Not all hotels and not all room categories allow space for rollaways and cribs. Please check the room description on the accommodations page to confirm.

Guests who are checking out early will not receive a refund for the balance of their stay.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted credit cards. We accept US dollars, Barbados dollars, Euro’s and British sterling.
