Your stay with us, from beginning to end, is our priority. Your journey doesn’t begin when you arrive to one of our breathtaking locations. It begins here. If you find a better room-only qualifying rate for one of our hotels through any other website or partner, with matching conditions to your confirmed reservation booked through the website (hotel only reservations with public rates) within 24 hours of making your reservation, we will match the lower rate. A lower rate means the rate is viewable by public, available and bookable.

When you book your stay directly on our official Elegant Hotels website, you’ll be guaranteed:

  • The lowest rate possible for your stay
  • Access to our dedicated reservations specialists to help with your booking
  • Access to the best service throughout your stay

Terms and Conditions

We guarantee you the best available rate when you book a room through our official Elegant Hotels website. If you find a lower publicly available rate (“Lower Rate”) elsewhere within 24 hours of making your booking with Elegant Hotels directly, we will match the lower rate, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations must be made through our Elegant Hotels official website.

2. The Lower Rate must meet the following qualification criteria:

a) Be for the same type of accommodation, which means the same room type, the same number of rooms, booked at the same hotel, with the same arrival and departure dates and length of stay, same number of guests, same reservation type (all-inclusive, room-only, bed & breakfast etc.), same currency, same price restrictions, same designation as either cancellable or non-cancellable, same advance purchase policies and the same terms and conditions governing the room rate.

3. You must complete and submit a request form, which can be found on our Elegant Hotels website below in accordance with the request form’s instructions to process the request.

4. You must submit your request within 24 hours of the reservation being made with Elegant Hotels and at least 48 hours before the standard check-in time at the applicable hotel.

5. You may submit only one request for each stay. A “stay” means the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel or resort by the same guest or guests. .

6. Rate comparisons will be made inclusive of taxes, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges. Discounted amenities or services offered as part of the Lower Rate will be excluded from the rate comparison, and will not be provided by Elegant Hotels when matching the Lower Rate.

7. Elegant Hotels reserves the right to deny a request, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Lower Rate at the time it processes the request. The Lower Rate must be bookable on another website. Advertised or inquiry only rates do not qualify. All request should include a screen shot of the booking process final step, where it shows the actual total rate for the entire stay including taxes, services charges and other fees. This screenshots MUST clearly show the date and time they were taken.

8. Elegant Hotels may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a request under or otherwise benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee if in its sole discretion Elegant Hotels determines that such person has: (a) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances; (b) acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner; (c) submitted multiple invalid Best Rate Guarantee requests; (d) failed to stay at an Elegant Hotels property after receiving approved Best Rate Guaranteerequests; or (e) breached any of these terms and conditions.

9. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through an Elegant Hotels website, and Elegant Hotels is not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel (e.g., a call centre, third party, or a non-Elegant Hotels booking channel).

11. The Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Elegant Hotels websites or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Elegant Hotels’ reasonable control.

12. Elegant Hotels may deny requests where the applicable Elegant Hotels property will no longer be operating as an Elegant Hotels property on the date of the stay in question.

13. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Rate Guarantee or these terms and conditions shall be handled individually without any class action, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in which the Elegant Hotels property being booked is located.

14. Unless prohibited by law, Elegant Hotels reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee program and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:

1. Reservations booked via non-Elegant Hotels websites

2. Hotel packages or travel packages that may include hotel plus airfare, car rental, transfers, food and beverage offers or other similar packages or amenities

3. The best rate guarantee will not be valid in the following cases:

• Rates not published online

• Rates for promotional packages or activities with promotional codes, like Romance package, SPA package, Cyber offers, etc.

• Private rates or rates only accessible by user and password.

• Travel agent rates

• Corporate rates

• Reservations made through credit facilities

• Variations in price due to exchange rates

• Rates for flight + hotel or package deals

• Group rates

4. Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival

5. Taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees or other fees and incidental charges

6. Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding or differences in currency exchange rates

Request process:

For a request to be eligible under the Best Rate Guarantee, it must be submitted through the request submittal web form, click here. A request must be submitted no more than 24 hours after making a reservation through an Elegant Hotels direct channel, and at least 48 hours before the standard check-in time at the applicable Elegant Hotels property. The request will be processed within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday during business hours).
