For those who had reservations affected by temporary closures, we encourage guests to reach out to our reservations team or their travel providers to relocate to one of our open hotels or rebook for future dates. For more information on these offers please contact our Reservations Department.

Recently we have updated our cancellation policies for all existing and future bookings:

  • Guests travelling between now and 20 December 2020 can cancel without penalty up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival. Please note even if you are arriving earlier than 20 Dec but are staying at the hotel for any date between 21 Dec-2 Jan, the below policy will apply which requires 30 days advanced notice. These policies is not applicable to contracted groups of 10+ rooms.
  • Guests staying between 21 December 2020 and 2 Jan 2021 (regardless of arrival date) can cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. This policy is not applicable to contracted groups of 10+ rooms.
