We hope that you and your families are keeping well during these unprecedented times.

Our team continues to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and are following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of further temporary closures based on the latest increase in travel restrictions due to the surging case count of COVID-19 worldwide. We recognize our guests have been patiently waiting to visit our beautiful island and we ask for your understanding as we make these difficult decisions.

All of our hotels have been approved as ‘designated holding hotels’ in Barbados. For guests from high or medium-risk countries, we are no longer providing Treasure Beach as a holding hotel that allows additional movement outside of your guestroom.

All guests that have reservations starting now at one of our open hotels will be limited to their guest room with no access to the rest of the resort or beach area until they have received their second negative test results back. Delivery fees for room service over this period will be waived. After they have received their negative test results back, they will be free to enjoy the resort. Please note that starting February 3, 2021 Barbados is in a 'National Pause' with added restrictions. Please visit www.VisitBarbados.org for more information.

Colony Club Now Open!
We are happy to announce Colony Club has now reopened! Guests awaiting their second COVID-19 PCR test will be limited to their rooms until they receive a negative result. For those staying at Colony Club in the coming weeks please click here for more information.

Recently we have updated our cancellation policies for all existing and future bookings:

  • Arrival dates from January 3 - December 20, 2021
    • 100% penalty if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival
  • Arrival dates from December 21, 2021 - January 3, 2022
    • 100% penalty if cancelled within 60 days of arrival
