Chef Kirk Ruck, a native of Barbados, brings his culinary expertise by way of the Barbados Culinary Team, Taste of the Caribbean annual events. He believes the heartbeat of a destination lies in great local markets and delights in sharing his inspired epicurean pleasures on each plate.
At Daphne’s, a rousing assortment of seasonal dishes and classic Italian favourites are prepared with fresh herbs, fish caught just offshore and incredible artisanal pastas.
Regionalised Italian cuisine and island inspiration fuses in a selection of exceptional signature dishes including Linguine all’Aragosta con Pomodoro Fresco, Branzino a Sale Grosso con Caponatina di Melanzane and Limoncello Panna Cotta.
